Tito’s Vodka

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas’ oldest legal distillery.

Our most popular spirit hails from the great state of Texas where batches of this flavorful vodka are handmade in old-fashioned pot-stills. Mix up your favorite martini recipe with this certified gluten-free vodka.

Laws Whiskey House Bourbon

Handcrafted in Colorado, this local whiskey house creates an heirloom grain bourbon that is a must try. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of 2 years in American White Oak Barrels; because there are no shortcuts to making great whiskey! Laws is the first Colorado distiller to bottle bonded whiskeys.

What is the difference between Bourbon and Whiskey?

According to actual “bourbon law,” bourbon needs to be:

  • Produced in America
  • Made from 51% corn
  • Stored in new charred-oak barrels
  • Distilled to no more than 160 proof
  • Entered into the barrel at 125 proof

Now you know the details of “bourbon law”!

Dry Land Distillers

Dry Land Distillers is located in Longmont, Colorado, was recently awarded “Colorado Craft Distillery of the Year.” And lucky for the town of Steamboat Springs, WildPlum carries Dry Land spirits; in fact, WildPlum is the ONLY store in the valley to carry these locally produced spirits. Dry Land Distillers specializes in creating craft spirits with ingredients grown and foraged in Colorado.

WildPlum carries Dry Land Distillers Dry Land Native Colorado Gin which is made using only native Colorado botanicals.

This local Gin is perfect in a Dry Land original “Quarantini Recipe.”  As the Quarantini recipe originator states, “You’ll wish you were quarantined every day!”

Prickly Pear Cactus Spirit

Also worthy of the apres ski, happy hour drink line-up is their award-winning mezcal-style Cactus Spirit, crafted by shredding the cactus and smoking it at a low temperature for hours over a mesquite fire.

If you are a tequila or mescal fan, we are willing to bet you will fall hard for this spirit. The smoky, earthy taste profile makes a wonderful Mule. Try Dry Land’s original Desert Mule recipe.

Our beverage manager Erin, is happy to help you pick out the perfect liquor for your special occasion or for your every day drink bar needs.
